DIANA MILKANOVA STUDIO IS HAPPY TO OFFER WORLDWIDE SHIPPING.
Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of orders outside the EU.
The average delivery time is from 3 to 15 business days from the moment of order placement to delivery. More precise delivery times are specified in the description of each product.
We partner with UPS, FedEx, and DHL to deliver your orders, depending on the destination country.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to track your package.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding local holidays: January 6th, April 1st, May 1st, May 3rd, May 30th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th, December 25th, December 26th, and December 31st.
Our courier delivers Monday to Friday during business hours. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take longer. Diana Milkanova Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Please note that our manager responds to email inquiries during business hours, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Our studio is located in Warsaw, Poland. However, we do not offer order self-pickup services.
Please note that each item is handcrafted in Europe to ensure the highest quality. Some items may be in the production queue at the atelier, which can result in longer delivery times. Before placing an order, please read the product description, where the estimated delivery time is specified.
If the item is already in stock, the delivery time will be 1-3 days within Europe and 2-5 days to the USA.
If you order an item with a stated waiting time of 15 business days in the product description, we will not be able to expedite the shipping.
Returns
You can return any item purchased on dmilkanova.com within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Please ensure that the returned item is new, free of dust, undamaged and neatly folded in the box.
If you would like to return the item, please contact us at studio@dmilkanova.com and our manager will assist you within 48 business hours.
Please note that due to our return policy the customer is responsible for the cost of delivery and return. Shipping for returns will be charged depends on your returns provider.
Merchandise returned to the studio will be processed within 14 business days from receipt. Once your return is approved, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
Exchanges
We are able to offer exchanges on our products in the same price category.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify Customer Care within 12 hours of placing the order. Simply contact our studio@dmilkanova.com.
Please note, it can take up to 14 working days for refunds to appear in your bank account.

At this moment items on Sale cannot be purchased with any additional discount. Please bear in mind, delivery will be delayed during Sale period.
